About Lawyer
● Mr. Qian graduated on July 1994 with Bachelor of Engineering Degree, and now study LLM at Shanghai Maritime University, majoring on International Economic Law.
● Mr. Qian passed the Bar Examination on October 1997 after receiving serial training for Bar Examination, which was orgonised by the Ministry of Judicial (MJ), and started to practice form July 1998 at a leading law firm in Ningbo. Mr. Qian participated the Young Chinese Lawyer Training Scheme 2003/2004, which is sponsored by the Lord Chancellor Department of the UK. During the 1-year scheme, Mr. Qian studied Language and Law at University of London and received serial training of legal services in telatin to Foreign Direct Investment at Freshfields Bruckhans Deringer, London & Hong Kong offices, and received serial training of litigation, arbitration and ADR in relation to International Trade and Maritime/Admiralty at 4 Essex Court, Middle Temple Chamber, UK.
● Having been engaged in International Trade for 3 years, Mr. Qian have extensive experience in International Trade, including Import & Export, Payment (L/C, D/P, D/A, T/T etc.), Insurance, Documents, Transportation and Freight Forwarding. Moreover, Mr. Qian have handled lots cases in relation to the disputes of International trade and Maritime/Admiralty in the past years.
● Mr. Qian also has experience advising on company establishment in the PRC. Mr. Qian can guide clients business through every stage of establishing an enterprise in China, including but not limited to Representative Office (RO), Joint Venture (JV) and Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE). The further study in the UK and Hong Kong helped Mr. Qian improve the service quality in Foreign Direct Investment.
