Business Scope
A. Legal Consultant
Mr. Qian can be standing legal consultant and/or legal consultant for citizens, enterprises and other organisations.
1. To act as legal consultant for certain projects such as investments, trade, investigation, etc.;
2. To answer legal inquiry by oral or written;
3. To draft, examine and revise contracts, documents and other legal papers;
4. To attend the commercial and legal negotiations with the relevant parties;
5. To represent clients in the litigation, arbitration or ADR;
6. To provide legal opinions and/or feasibility study report on specific business operation;
7. To provide legal services for daily operation and management;
8. Other related matters.
B. Litigation and Arbitration
1. All kinds of domestic and foreign disputes both civil and commercial;
2. International Arbitratin;
3. Enforcement of the effective judgements or arbitration awards;
4. Other related matters.
C. Non-contentious matters
a. Corporate
1. To draft, examine and revise legal documents concerning project proposal, feasibility study report, constitution, contract, and other paper relating to the establishment of a company;
2. To provide legal services for the company's daily operation, including drafting, examining and revising commercial contracts; to provide legal consultancy and follow-up services for contracts performance; to represent the company in dispute resolution;
3. To draft, examine and revise employment contracts, internal management rules and regulations; to settle employment disputes, etc.;
4. To provide service involving capital operation, including but not limited to re-investment, financing, property disposition, share transfer, merge &acquisition.
b. Investment
1. To provide legal advices and opinions regarding pre-investment legal issues, tax and industrial preferential policy and examination/approval procedures, as well as investment feasibility study in terms of its legal risk;
2. To attend negotiations with relevant parties for the clients;
3. To draft, examine and revise legal documents in relation to investment;
4. To assist the clients obtaining the government approvals, licence or permits in relation to investment projects;
5. other related matters.
c. International Trade
--Negotiation, performance and disputes resolution for Sales of Goods Contract;
--Payment of international trade;
--Products responsibility and insurance;
--Trade transportation;
--other related matter.
d. Technology Transfer
--Attend negotiations with relevant parties for the clients;
--Draft, examine and revise legal documents in relation to technology transfer;
--Import and export the equipments and technology;
--Permits and licences of technolotgy;
--Other related matters.
